I’m Lachie and I graduated with an ATAR of 99.70. From my experience, one of the largest concerns that people tend to have coming into the later years of VCE is that there must be a sudden and all-encompassing focus on academics. There is the belief that anything less than that would be equivalent to cheating yourself. However, what I want to offer with my tutoring is the idea that this doesn’t have to be the case. Over the course of my time at school, I learnt how to effectively juggle academic commitments with activities that I found genuine passion in. In my final year, not only did I achieve marks that placed me at the top of the cohort but I also found success in extracurriculars such as rowing, winning the APS Head of the River in 2024. As a result, my tutoring philosophy lies in providing you with the opportunity to excel in VCE while keeping true to what you love.
